Our menu stars a lineup of sweet and savoury baked goods, including sourdough made with NSW flour, focaccias, croissants, Basque cheesecakes, chocolate chip cookies, sandwiches and pithiviers, banoffee tarts – and more – with flavours changing every day.
From 7am every day, we're also serving up breakfast. Roll in for avocado toast with whipped ricotta, breakfast muffins filled with potato and caramelised onion tortilla, saucy white beans ready to be scooped with sourdough and bowls of house-made granola, yoghurt and seasonal fruits.
About
Fabbrica Bread Shop is a cornucopia of baked goods, pastries and coffee. Located inside the biggest Maloneys Grocer in Rozelle, it's home to daily-baked sandwiches, breakfast, and sweet and savoury pastries, as well as coffee by The Little Marionette and a compact list of wine, beer and spritzes.
CATERING
For staff parties, birthdays and all carb-filled celebrations. Fabbrica Bread Shop is offering catering including metre-long focaccia, sandwiches, whole cakes – gluten-free chocolate cake, banoffee tarts and Basque cheesecakes – cookies and more. Pick up from 733 Darling Street or Fabbrica Pasta Shop at 161 King Street.
