Open in the newly redeveloped Chatswood Chase centre. It is the group's first venture into the North Shore. Fabbrica Chatswood is the realisation of Scott McComas-Williams' initial Pasta Bar dream - a fast-paced, Tokyo-style ramen bar, serving pasta.
A 50-seat venue will be centred around a circular, travertine topped counter, overlooking an open kitchen and bar.

On the menu, Fabbrica classics such as Zucchini flowers with ricotta and hot honey; cult-classic Cacio e pepe; and squiggles of Mafaldine with prawns and 'nduja. Exclusive to Chatswood you'll see Tagliatelle, abalone and mushrooms; Tonnarelli, crab and caviar; and Trottole with wagyu ragu. A kid's menu will be available with Arancini; Spaghetti and cheese; Shells and tomato; and fries.
To drink, there will be a succinct wine list curated by Matt Swieboda, which will represent wines of organic or biodynamic viticulture and hands-off winemaking; with a focus on Italian and Australian-grown Italian varieties.
